Panel Shop Foreman Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
35.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Assign work to personnel; supervise to ensure they are performing to potential.
- Oversee assembly of panels from parts and materials, including weldments.
- Ensure work is executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function.
- Direct the daily work activity of shop personnel.
Panel Shop Foreman Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree related to manufacturing or business; or equivalent education and experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a panel shop
- Strong knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, and shop fabrication processes
- Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, and panel assembly processes
- Experience in industrial automation and control systems manufacturing preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
