Finishing Frame Operator

Finishing Frame Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 12-Hour Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Operate and monitor finishing frame equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set machine controls and adjust settings to maintain required quality standards, including width, tension, and temperature.
- Monitor fabric quality throughout processing, identify defects, and report production issues.
- Complete production documentation, work orders, and required process reports accurately.
- Wrap finished rolls, attach piece tickets, and prepare materials for packing.
Finishing Frame Operator Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of consistent work history in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or a related environment preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and identifying product issues.
- Basic computer skills for production documentation and quality records.
- Ability to perform basic measurements, troubleshoot routine issues, and communicate concerns to supervisors.
