2nd Shift 2PM - 10PM
3rd Shift 10PM - 6:30AM
Attendance Bonus: $75 a day during 6 week training in Auburn, WA
Pay $22 - $30 depending on experience

Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Operate, start up, monitor, adjust, and safely shut down plastic extrusion lines and related equipment according to established procedures.
- Monitor machine settings, temperatures, pressures, and production rates to ensure efficient operation and consistent product quality.
- Make routine process adjustments to maintain optimal production performance and quality standards.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equilvalent
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred, with plastics extrusion experience highly desirable, and a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment.
- Ability to read and follow production specifications, work instructions, and perform basic math and measurement conversions.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a production team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
