Team Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to01:30am )
As the Team Lead, you oversee crucial sorting, inspection, and rework operations within various automotive manufacturing facilities across the Detroit metropolitan area. This leadership position requires travel to multiple sites to initiate new projects, manage containment processes, and ensure exceptional quality standards are consistently met by your inspection teams. You will be instrumental in deploying and leading teams of inspectors, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Location: Detroit Metro Area (including Auburn Hills, Warren, St Clair Shores, Sterling Heights, Troy
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 1:30 AM with weekend flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Travel to designated automotive manufacturing facilities throughout the Detroit area to set up and lead new job assignments.
- Oversee and manage multiple concurrent sorting, inspection, and rework jobs.
- Directly supervise a team of laborers and inspectors.
- Manage the containment process, verifying all products meet specified quality requirements.
Team Lead Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Experience in a Team Lead or similar supervisor or management role.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Inspection, or Quality Management in a manufacturing or quality control setting.
- Requires frequent travel between facilities within the designated Detroit metro area.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
