Attention Flexo Operators! We're hiring for a direct-hire opportunity with a stable Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM schedule. Fridays will be as needed. Looking for more than just another press operator job? Join a team where your experience truly matters.

Flexo Operator Details:
Direct Hire position- $
52,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 06:00am to04:30pm )
- Set up and operate flexographic printing and folder-gluer machines.
- Review work orders and adjust machine settings for print quality, registration, ink, glue, and folding.
- Monitor production, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Complete routine maintenance, replace machine components, and maintain accurate production records.
- Follow 5S housekeeping, safety procedures, and collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals
Flexo Operator Qualifications:
- MUST have Flexo experience, this is non-negotiable per the client.
- Some sort of corrugated packaging experience.
- Machine: SNS 50” Flexo-Folder-Gluer, it is from the 1970’s so an older machine
- Industrial manufacturing facility.
- Production equipment for corrugated packaging manufacturing.
- Inventory and warehouse operations.
- Shipping and logistics.
- Engineering and packaging design collaboration.
- Cross-functional interaction among accounting, purchasing, operations, production, quality, and plant leadership
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
