Spring Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.85 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Participate in a 6–8 month training program to learn spring machine operations, production processes, and quality standards.
- Operate and monitor spring manufacturing equipment while making adjustments to ensure accurate, high-quality products.
- Perform inspections and measurements on finished springs to verify they meet customer and company specifications.
- Load materials, maintain equipment, complete production paperwork, and follow all safety and operating procedures.
- Work closely with experienced operators and team members to develop skills needed to independently run spring production equipment.
Spring Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, machine operation, production, or mechanical experience is a needed.
- Ability to complete a training period and learn spring machine operations, processes, and quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products, follow instructions, and maintain accurate production standards.
- Dependable team player with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality.
- Background Check Required
