Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and/or manual press brake machines to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and production schedules.

Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for specific production requirements.

Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.

Verify dimensions and tolerances meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Identify and resolve production issues related to machine performance, material defects, or dimensional variances.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping on equipment and work areas.

Record production data, quality checks, and material usage as required.

Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals.

Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.

Assist with other fabrication, manufacturing, or warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum of 1-3 years of press brake operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
