Assistant Operator Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred. Ability to operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality checks and identify product issues.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine functions, adjustments, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform physical tasks as required.
