Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Welding Operations: Perform consistent, high-quality MIG and TIG welding across multiple positions.
- Blueprint Reading: Analyze drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to accurately lay out, align, and assemble metal parts.
- Equipment Setup: Set up, troubleshoot, and adjust welding machines.
- Fabrication Duties: Cut, grind, fit, and assemble raw materials into custom parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets strict company specifications and customer requirements
Welder Qualifications:
- HSD/GED
- 2 years minimum of MIG and TIG welding experience
- Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares)
- Have your own welding helmet and gloves
- Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
