Overnight Office Assistant Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughSunday from 06:00pm to06:00am )
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry
- Communicate professionally through email and phone
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook daily
- Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions independently
- Support administrative and operational functions as needed
Overnight Office Assistant Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
