Skilled Construction Worker Details:
Temporary position- $
24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to03:30pm )
- Assist with construction of pre-engineered metal building addition on 4-month project
- Perform commercial construction work involving physical labor
- Experience in three or more trades preferred: steel erecting, concrete, carpentry, metal panels, insulation, drywall, painting, or trim work
- Operate hand and power tools, lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
- Work independently and make productive decisions with limited supervision
- Ability to work at heights and follow fall protection requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment and properly use PPE
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skilled Construction Worker Qualifications:
- Experience erecting conventional steel and pre-engineered buildings preferred
- Concrete construction experience including foundations, walls, and slabs preferred
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform physical labor
- Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs and handle demanding job site tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with crews, clients, and subcontractors
- Commitment to workplace safety, fall safety, and maintaining a productive work environment
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
