Warehouse Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Picking/packing but will be cross trained
- Will be using EPJ, cherry picker, sitdown and standup forklifts, and reach trucks
- Communicating change order responses to Inside Sales, managing customer close orders
- Coordinating receipt and dispatch of goods with carriers and suppliers for Inter-Branch truckloads and customer deliveries.
- Generate bills of lading and manage order change requests via email
- Reviewing time-off requests. Input data into MRP (Bluescreen) and review paperwork. Analyze information and follow-up on errors, exceptions and opportunities.
- Identify, coordinate and implement opportunities for improvement and accountability in these information flow processes.
Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications:
- Team player
- Previous Warehouse Experience
- Proficient using computers
- Able to communicate professionally
- Steel Toed Boots Required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
