• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Requirements• The applicant must have a good work ethic and ability to work in a team setting. Cellphones are not allowed on the ship floor and may not be used during work hours. They must show up to work on time, inform their supervisor if they will be late or absent, and must adhere to the designated two ten-minute breaks and 30-minute lunch break. They must have the ability to stand on their feet for up to eight hours a day and must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. The applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). They must be able to perform basic mathematical functions such as adding and subtracting. If requested, the applicant must submit to a drug test and criminal background check. Role Responsibilities•The employee will be responsible for meeting both quality standards and production deadlines given to them by their supervisor. They are expected to follow all safety guidelines and standard conduct as instructed during orientation on the assigned start date. All work areas must be generally maintained daily and cleaned thoroughly when instructed to do so by the shop supervisor.
