Rubber Frame Operator - Night Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Third Shift ( 06:00pm to06:00am )
Rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule
- Operate and monitor tenter frame equipment to process fabric according to production specifications.
- Set machine controls, adjust settings, and monitor width, tension, speed, and quality requirements.
- Load rolls, sew or thermal splice seams, and complete machine setups.
- Enter production information, piece numbers, yardage, and required data into manufacturing systems.
- Inspect fabric quality, identify defects, and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Cut fabric samples for laboratory testing as required.
- Safely doff rolls, package, label, and stage finished materials.
Rubber Frame Operator - Night Shift Qualifications:
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or textile production experience preferred.
- Stable work history with 1–2 years of consistent employment preferred.
- Basic computer skills for production documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
