Prodcution Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
30.00 to $ 36.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Perform proficient MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and metal finishing operations on various materials, with an emphasis on stainless steel.
- Read and accurately interpret mechanical drawings and schematics to fabricate and assemble components.
- Ensure all welding and fabrication work adheres to stringent quality specifications and safety protocols, particularly those applicable to food-grade equipment and sanitary welding standards.
- Conduct industrial maintenance tasks as required, applying problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, strictly complying with all company safety policies and procedures.
Prodcution Welder Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fabrication, welding, or industrial maintenance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques, cutting, and metal finishing.
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or a production environment with food packaging
- Technical training or certification in welding/fabrication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
