Grinder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift
- Performs work grinding, cleaning, smoothing, and finishing welded metal parts using hand grinders and power tools.
- Removes excess weld material, burrs, and sharp edges to ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for fabrication, painting, or final assembly.
- Inspects completed work for quality and follows all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Grinder Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, metal fabrication, or grinding experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate hand grinders, power tools, and other shop equipment
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
