Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform general apartment maintenance tasks, addressing a variety of service requests and preventative maintenance needs
- Execute efficient apartment turnovers, preparing vacant units for new residents through necessary repairs and improvements
- Timely completion of work orders, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions across various systems
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and organization within work areas and throughout the community
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Candidates must be capable of performing the physical demands associated with maintenance work, including but not limited to: bending, lifting, twisting, climbing stairs, kneeling
- Proven experience in general maintenance and building systems
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and perform necessary repairs
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and resident satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in electrical maintenance
- Proficiency in painting techniques
- Skilled in drywall repair, including mudding and taping
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
