General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.80 to $ 22.15 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday )
- Disassemble compressors using high-pressure air tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Remove and sort small parts such as nuts, bolts, and gaskets from compressor assemblies.
- Lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 40-50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work in a physically demanding environment that is dirty, oily, noisy, and can become hot during summer months.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry 40-50 pounds consistently and stand for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Comfortable working in a dirty, oily, industrial environment with high heat and humidity during summer months.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to meet safety requirements.
- Reliable transportation is required as the Rushville facility is not accessible by public transportation.
- Must provide a current resume or recent work history as part of the client screening process and maintain reliable attendance with a strong work ethic.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
