Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:30pm )
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery to assemble delicate medical parts according to precise specifications.
- Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on assembled components, ensuring adherence to strict quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and log sheets as required.
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or quality deviations to supervisory staff.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, cleanroom procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating production machinery.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience within the medical device manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures.
