Manufacturing Associate
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality inspection of scented wax products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well in a team, and is committed to producing high-quality products while meeting daily production goals.

Manufacturing Associate Details:
Temporary position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate and monitor production equipment used to manufacture scented wax products.
- Pour, mold, package, and label scented wax products according to company standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality, appearance, and packaging accuracy.
- Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
- Accurately measure and handle raw materials and fragrances.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
- Restock production materials and supplies as needed.
- Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Frequently stand and walk for 8 hour shifts.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to fragrances, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
