Packing Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday from 03:00pm to03:30am )
Packing Associate - Crew D *Schedule:** Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 3:00 PM to 3:30 AM
Packing Associate on Crew D. This crucial role involves operating packaging machinery, ensuring accurate product labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment. You will contribute to maintaining product quality and production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Packing Associate Qualifications:
**Work Environment & Physical Requirements:**This role is performed in a production setting. Associates will be required to stand for extended periods, up to 12-hour shifts. The position involves repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Ability to commit to the specified temporary schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 3:00 PM - 3:30 AM.* Physical capability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
* Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
* Strong attention to detail for product quality, labeling, and cleanliness checks.
* Effective communication skills to report issues to management and maintenance.
* Willingness to learn and operate various production packaging machinery.
Previous experience in packaging, particularly food packaging
* Prior experience in a production line worker or in a pick/pack role.
* Familiarity with repetitive lifting in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
*Experience with operating and setting up production equipment.
