Warehouse Lead Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Lead and direct warehouse associates in daily operations.
- Perform shipping, receiving, inventory control, staging, picking, and packing.
- Operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts while working alongside the team.
- Ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are met.
- Complete a two-step interview process with leadership before hire.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be able to operate a stand-up and/or sit-down forklift.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
