Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 04:00am to02:30pm )
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and masking materials prior to painting
- Mix paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications
- Apply coatings using industrial spray guns and painting equipment
- Inspect painted products for quality, coverage, and finish consistency
- Touch up painted surfaces as needed to meet customer and company standards
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work with production teams to meet daily and weekly production goals
Painter Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Experience operating paint spray equipment
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
