Maintenance Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 07:00am to03:00pm )
- Performed general building maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing and sprinkler system maintenance.
- Conducted routine inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure building systems operated safely and efficiently.
- Responded to maintenance requests, maintained equipment, and supported overall facility operations while following safety standards.
Maintenance Qualifications:
- General building maintenance and repair
- Basic plumbing and sprinkler system knowledge
- Preventive maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Work order and maintenance request management
- Safety compliance and OSHA awareness
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
- Excellent time management and teamwork
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
