Accounts Payable Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable with heavy invoice processing and high-volume billing responsibilities.
• Experience reviewing, coding, entering, and processing large volumes of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of invoice reconciliation, payment approvals, purchase orders, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• High school diploma or GED required; accounting coursework or related experience preferred.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
