Para Professional Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 24.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Assist teachers with classroom instruction, educational activities, and preparation of learning materials.
- Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to reinforce academic concepts and support learning.
- Support classroom behavior management and help maintain a safe, positive learning environment.
- Assist students with special needs and provide additional support to promote student success and inclusion.
- Supervise students during non-instructional activities, including lunch, recess, hallways, and field trips.
Para Professional Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; college-level coursework preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students in both individual and group settings.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills when working with students, staff, and families.
- Experience working with children or students with special needs preferred.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and support a safe, positive learning environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
