We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our temporary Event Staff team for the upcoming (CFD) Cheyenne Frontier Days. As Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and safe experience for all attendees by providing exceptional customer service and operational support throughout the event.

Event Staff - CFD (Cheyenne Frontier Days) Details:
Temporary position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time and Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available
- Provide friendly, professional, and effective customer service to all guests and event attendees
- Assist guests at designated security gates, including directing foot traffic, verifying credentials, and providing initial directional assistance as required
- Patrol and monitor various event areas to provide information, assistance, and maintain a welcoming and orderly environment as directed by event management
- Adhere strictly to all event policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants
- Work collaboratively with fellow staff members, security personnel, and event organizers to ensure smooth and efficient event operations
Event Staff - CFD (Cheyenne Frontier Days) Qualifications:
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills with a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8-hour shifts, in various locations around the event grounds
- Capability to bend, stoop, and occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including sun, heat, wind, and rain or shine
- Adherence to the required professional dress code: black pants, black shoes, and a white shirt
- Punctual and reliable attendance for all assigned shifts
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Security Guard, Event Support Staff, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Experience working at large-scale outdoor festivals or public events
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
