Maintenance Porter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Pick up trash throughout the property.
- Clean breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, and common areas.
- Empty trash cans and maintain dumpster areas.
- Sweep, pressure wash, and assist with property cleanup.
- Assist with apartment trash-outs and make-ready units.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management.
- Help maintain landscaping and curb appeal.
- Assist the maintenance team with light maintenance duties as needed.
Maintenance Porter Qualifications:
- Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
