Scheduler Production Planner Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 27.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Develop and manage production schedules.
- Coordinate materials, resources, and production readiness.
- Adjust plans to meet changing demands and priorities.
- Monitor schedule performance and communicate risks.
- Manage material requirements and inventory levels.
- Partner with Procurement to ensure material availability.
- Maintain accurate BOM and ERP data.
- Support inventory and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production schedules and ERP records.
- Prepare reports on production, shortages, and deliveries.
- Track and report key operational KPIs.
- Coordinate production priorities across departments.
- Participate in planning and review meetings.
- Resolve scheduling and supply chain issues.
- Improve planning accuracy and scheduling processes.
- Support Lean and operational excellence initiatives.
- Assist with ERP and workflow enhancements.
Scheduler Production Planner Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment; HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams is a plus.
