Stick Welder/Maintenance Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
14.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Must demonstrate skills before pay increase
- Perform stick welding (SMAW) to repair equipment, frames, brackets, and structural components
- Assist with preventative maintenance on industrial cleaning systems and production equipment
- Inspect machinery for wear, damage, and potential mechanical issues
- Replace worn or damaged parts using hand and power tools
- Help troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform basic repairs
- Maintain pumps, motors, conveyors, valves, hoses, and piping systems
- Read work orders and follow maintenance schedules
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as needed
Stick Welder/Maintenance Helper Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a stick weld test
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
