General Laborer/Helper Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment to manufacture and repair custom metal parts.
- Inspect finished products to ensure precision, quality, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Perform shaft fabrication, repairs, welding, and general machine shop work on a variety of components.
- Troubleshoot equipment and assist with emergency repair projects for industrial and agricultural customers.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with experienced machinists and fabricators.
General Laborer/Helper Qualifications:
- Previous machining, manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding, or related industrial experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and maintain quality standards.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and fabricate custom parts and components.
- Ability to safely lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a machine shop environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
