Production Worker Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.39 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Sunday throughSaturday )
- Stack, package, and prepare insulation products coming off the production line for shipment.
- Feed insulation materials into production equipment to maintain product flow and machine operation.
- Monitor machinery and production processes to identify and report any issues or abnormalities.
- Perform general labor tasks to support daily production goals and plant operations.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures while working in a manufacturing environment.
Production Worker Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for safety and training purposes.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during 12 to 16-hour shifts in a physically demanding environment.
- Must be willing and able to work a rotating 12-hour day or night shift schedule, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment, around insulation materials and airborne fibers, and successfully complete required pre-employment testing and medical evaluations.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
