Industrial Engineer Details:
Direct Hire position- $
33.65 to $ 40.86 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:30pm )
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze production schedules, workflows, and engineering specifications
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Train employees on new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve product quality while reducing waste and manufacturing costs.
- Analyze production costs and recommend cost-saving solutions.
- Design facility layouts and optimize material flow using CAD software.
- Support inventory, logistics, and distribution improvements.
- Lead improvement projects, manage timelines, and monitor project progress.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational performance.
Industrial Engineer Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related Engineering field
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience required.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CAD software.
