We are looking for a skilled and dependable Manual Mill Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating manual mills and lathes, machining precision parts, reading blueprints, and using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy.

Machinist/Manual Mill Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.50 to $ 35.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:45am to05:00pm )
- Set up and operate manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain tight tolerances and ensure quality of finished parts.
- Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed, depth) for optimal performance
Machinist/Manual Mill Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recent experience operating manual mills and lathes.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T.
- Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of shop math, tolerances, and machining operations.
- Bridgeport and Prototrak experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect finished parts.
- Able to troubleshoot and make machine adjustments.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
