2nd Shift Production
Rochester Company is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as General Labor/Machine Operators. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, performing quality inspections.

2nd Shift Production Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment
- Load and unload parts from machines and production lines
- Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections
- Assemble, sort, package, and prepare products for shipment
- Record production data and complete required documentation
- Assist with machine adjustments, tooling changes, and basic troubleshooting as needed
2nd Shift Production Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
- Physical Requirements- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, twisting, and grasping
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machine noise
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
