Production Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
Key Responsibilities:Assemble and produce amusement-related products and componentsOperate basic production tools and equipment safelyInspect finished products to ensure quality standards are metPackage and prepare items for shipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and proceduresWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsAssist with additional tasks as assignedQualifications:No prior experience required – training providedStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 40–50 lbs as neededReliable attendance and punctuality
Production Associate Qualifications:
• Entry-level friendly — no experience required, training provided
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
