Coater and Painter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Prepare parts for coating through cleaning, blasting, masking, and material preparation.
- Apply powder coating, wet paint, Cerakote, hydro-dip, and other finishes.
- Operate spray equipment, coating booths, and related systems.
- Inspect coated products to ensure quality, consistency, and proper coverage.
- Monitor coating thickness, paint flow, and finish quality.
- Load and unload parts onto fixtures and production equipment.
- Bake and cure coated products to specifications.
- Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot coating equipment.
- Follow quality control, safety, and production procedures.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material-handling equipment.
- Support production schedules and on-time customer deliveries.
- Maintain professional communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
Coater and Painter Qualifications:
- 2+ years of industrial painting, powder coating, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of powder coating, industrial painting, and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical and manufacturing knowledge.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
