Exciting opportunity for Assembler Machine Operators at growning manufacturing facility in Jacksonville, TX. 12-hour day & night shifts available. Weekends may be required.

Assembly Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 to $ 16.50 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Sunday throughMonday )
- Assemble and package products according to specifications.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality.
- Operate assigned production equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow safety, quality, and work instructions.
- Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
- Meet production and attendance expectations.
- Support team goals and continuous improvement efforts.
Assembly Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Must be willing to work at least one day of the weekend for most shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
