We are seeking skilled and dependable MIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in custom retail fixtures, displays, and store solutions. This position is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Mig Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Fabricate, assemble, and finish products according to specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Use measuring tools, grinders, and other fabrication equipment
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily goals
Mig Welder Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience using tape measures and other measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Experience in metal fabrication, displays, fixtures, or custom manufacturing is preferred
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
