Store Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Provide excellent customer service and recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Assist customers with batteries, chargers, light bulbs, device repairs, and related products
• Test, diagnose, install, and replace batteries while explaining product features and warranties
• Process sales, returns, and payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and inventory levels
• Receive shipments, stock shelves, conduct cycle counts, and help prevent inventory loss
• Open and close the store, reconcile cash drawers, and complete daily reports.
• Lead and support team members by providing training, coaching, and guidance
• Use company systems and technology to manage sales and operations
• Help achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and support local marketing efforts
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.
