Plant Manager - Wastewater Details:
Direct Hire position- $
70,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Oversee daily plant operations while ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
- Coordinate plant personnel, equipment, and workflow to meet operational goals.
- Monitor production, quality, and maintenance activities to maximize efficiency.
- Lead and support employees through coaching, training, and daily direction.
- Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Plant Manager - Wastewater Qualifications:
- Wastewater Operator Certification
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or environmental services setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
