Composite Molding Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:30pm )
As a Carbon Composite Technician, This role is crucial for the production of high-quality composite components, working under close supervision to perform essential layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.
**Work Schedule:**Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10-hour shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic layup of composite materials according to specifications and work instructions.
- Accurately cut, trim, and shape composite materials using various hand tools.
- Prepare composite parts for further processing, including debulking and bagging procedures.
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools and equipment used in composite manufacturing.\
- Inspect materials and work in progress for quality and adherence to standards.
Composite Molding Technician Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in assembly or mechanical roles.
- Familiarity with composite materials or manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic layup, trimming, and preparation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to a 10-hour shift.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, potentially repetitively.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
