We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a Full-Time Press Operator.

Press Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 07:00am to05:30pm )
- Operate compression molding presses to produce rubber parts according to precise specifications
- Read, interpret, and follow manufacturing instructions and production orders accurately
- Perform quality checks on in-process and finished products; document and report any defects or issues
- Load raw materials into machines and remove finished parts efficiently
Press Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly (up to 50 lbs preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods (10-hour shifts)
- Previous manufacturing or press/machine operator experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
