3rd Shift Maintenance Lead
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Lead is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing industrial equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. This role handles troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance while supporting team development and production goals.

3rd Shift Maintenance Lead Details:
Direct Hire position- $
39.00 to $ 44.00 / hour Third Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 11:00pm to07:30am )
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on industrial machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues; respond to breakdowns
- Drive preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Lead and assign daily tasks with Maintenance Planner
- Mentor and train junior technicians
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist audits
- Coordinate with operations, vendors, and contractors
- Repair components such as gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, valves, and drives
3rd Shift Maintenance Lead Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Technical/vocational training preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and prioritization skills
- Experience with CMMS (e.g., Fiix, eMaint, MaintainX)
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to emergencies
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Machining and welding
- OSHA 10/30
- Lockout/Tagout
- Forklift certification
- EPA 608 (if applicable)
- PLC troubleshooting
