Warehouse Associate
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Repacker t. The Repacker is responsible for inspecting, sorting, repackaging, labeling, and preparing automotive fasteners and related products for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity.

Warehouse Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:00am to04:00pm )
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality, damage, and accuracy.
- Repackage materials according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Apply labels, barcodes, and other identification materials accurately.
- Count, sort, and verify product quantities.
- Assemble packaging materials and prepare products for shipment.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners (training provided if needed). Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required. Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
Warehouse Associate Qualifications:
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math and counting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
