Apartment Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Interior and exterior painting of apartment units and common areas
- Clean and maintain common grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs as needed
- Assist with apartment turns and unit preparation • Remove debris and maintain cleanliness throughout the property
- Support upkeep of community spaces and exterior appearance
- Complete additional maintenance tasks as assigned
Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance, facilities, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
