Welder Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform MIG welding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Fit, align, and assemble metal parts prior to welding
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools
- Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, squares, and other precision tools
- Repair defective welds and make adjustments as needed
- Assist with general fabrication and production duties as assigned.
Welder Fabricator Qualifications:
- 1+ years of previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
