Customer service work from home Details:
Temporary position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Sunday throughSaturday from 12:00pm to09:00pm )
- - Servicing individuals with order needs through email, inbound calls, and chat
- - Order entry for client needs - Processing returns
- - Looking up orders and giving details on where the order stands in the shipping process
- - Client provides 4 weeks of training. Training schedule is M-F 8am-5pm. Once training is complete, associates will go to assigned 2nd shift schedule.
- - 2nd shift schedules are Tuesday-Friday 12p-9pm & Saturday 9a-6p or Sunday 9a-6p & Monday-Thursday 12p-9p.
Customer service work from home Qualifications:
- - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required
- - Knowledge of computers and phones
- - Must complete skills testing and have passing scores.
- - Must be able to type 40 words per minute or faster
- - Must be able to provide an updated resume
- - Must be available for an interview over Zoom
- Must Live within 40 miles of the Richmond IN Elwood staffing office.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
