Looking for a long weekend every week? Elwood Staffing is hiring for a 1st Shift Weld Robot/Cobot Operator with a growing manufacturing company! Starting Pay: $20.00/hour Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Overtime: Fridays as needed

1st shift Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:30am to04:00pm )
- Operate robotic and collaborative (cobot) welding equipment.
- Load and unload parts into welding machines.
- Monitor weld quality and inspect finished products.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
1st shift Welder Qualifications:
- Manufacturing experience
- Recent high school graduates are welcome to apply.
- Welding classes, vocational welding training, or hands-on welding coursework accepted.
- No professional welding experience required if candidate has welding school/course experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
