Team Lead Details:
Temporary position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to04:00pm )
- Lead and coordinate daily job site activities, including cleanup, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Supervise crew members to ensure performance, safety, and productivity standards are met
- Utilize carpentry experience to support construction tasks and maintain quality workmanship
- Monitor project progress and help keep jobs on schedule
- Communicate with team and management to ensure smooth operations and workflow
Team Lead Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, preferably with a background in carpentry
- Ability to lead a team and manage daily job site tasks
- Strong understanding of safety practices and job site procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to follow project timelines
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
